There's been a lot more noise this week on nikonrumours.com about Thursday being the announcement for my new camera (D300s, and yes I need to win the lottery early next year for it) - keep your eyes peeled...
There could be a mk2 70-200 plus a mk2 18-200, but the 70-200 rumour is as old as the hills

Saw this too, but the other lens is the 70-400mm MkII rumoured for past 6yrs, so guess well see on Thurs. Cant see what they do to D300 to improve and not make it a D700, except add HD video, tiltable screen, and even better noise handling, rumour is it be called D400?

We await Thursday :)

The D400 is still a way off they seem to think - there seems to have been quite a few credible pictures of the 300s in the last few days..

Dual card slots, SD & CF I think was one, movie (pah!), can't remember the rest.. No tilting screen I think..

Yeah as I said to Dawn, not entirely sure they've 'upped the innards' the D90 - it's a lot more money - but the 7fps - does it increase with a grip? - could be appealling..

Still rumours the D400 could be out October/next year...

I'm broke this year from buying lenses...!
