Heres a new preset found on the excellent LightroomKillerTips site.

Hmm being picky, personally I think it applies to certain shots over others. The bottom one with the seascape is interesting, but the top one, all the man's jacket shadow detail has gone...

Being picky, personally, I think the first shot has lost the shadow detail of the men's jacket..

Second one looks interesting though.
