Hi all,
As a couple of you may have already seen on facebook, I have hired an apartment in Chamonix from 2nd - 30th Jan 2010. Since I am lucky enough to be studying for a year rather than working for a living! I am off to Chamonix snowboarding for 5 weeks at the begining of next year. (note for those with a keen eye, the apartment I'm renting is only for 4 weeks, ah yes, but the 5th week was a pre-booked holiday with friends in Chamonix at a different apartment!)
Anyway I decided rather than renting a grotty studio apartment that I would book a lovely 2/3 bed apartment instead and open it up to anyone I knew (or friends of friends) who fancied a ski/snowboard break in January next year. This would mean I could share the costs (and not have to sell all my camera equipment to fund this particular hobby!) and also have some good company (although obviously I am out there to "study"!!!! LOL)
I had a ball park figure of £125 - £175 ish per person for a week depends on how many staying? Obviously I will be 1 !!
Here is some Bumpf:
