Post your ideas in this topic. The gallery at the fish market is booked for the whole of September! To allow time for printing and mounting etc, it is important that decisions, and the photography itself, is not left too late.

I suspect I'll have an aircraft theme - I'm quite pleased with that Breitling panning one, so that's one of my submissions :)

Thanks to my new lens Im sure I have 1 nature (probably a squirrel) and one of my aircraft ones from Waddington. That leaves me 1 other to think about, perhaps a landscape.

no, don't worry about that for now... I htink we'll get them all printed at the same place... so ideally I need the files on my usb pen so that I can upload them... unless people can organise this themselves at One vision (because the quality will all the same and they will colour correct free) ? then they will need mounting and framing.. or at least mounting... umm I think probably 10 x 8 but we'll have to go down to the gallery and take alook and see how we're going to do

Okay so we're sitting on 10 x 8 for now?

Also just a couple questions:

- How are we getting all the photos together, do we finailse our 3 favourites, then give you the JPEG file (Max quality) on a CD or something (or you hand around a USB to store each persons images)?
- Other than the costs of the venue, what does printing usually cost?
- You want these ready for, next thursday?

Thanks!

Alex

Alex, 10 x 8's the cost of the gallery is £120 for the whole month split amongst us all, theres about 20 of us (at least) the print costs shouldn't be too much as we'll have quiet a few prints, I think we'll use One Vision imaging as they will colour correct for free (just in case) and their quality is spot on...then its just a question of mounts and velcro :-)

If you could have your final 3 selected and edited with sharpening, etc that would be great, if you have them for next week that would be brill or e-mail to me (use www.yousendit.com) dawn.rogers21@btinternet.com as soon as possible :-)

Hey Dawn,

Thanks for explaining! I will get my edited as soon as I can! I have a not so busy weekend, so I'll probably get them finished and emailed to you when they're done. That way you can check them too to see if there's anything I should really edit into them haha. I don't want a first showing of pictures to give a bad look if you get me
