Check this out its really good, better than noise ninja I would say... you can download free 15 day trial, you can choose to load inot either lightroom or photoshop..I have it in lightroom...the difference is quiet amazing :-)

Not tried the Noise plugin but I have been trialling the Nik VivEza, which I really like but again £150 is on expensive side, but makes life so much easy than with PS.
