Ok folks,
I've done some research, Loxleys come out at the best value... A3 £12.50 for 25 + or A4 £9.20 for 25+ postage would be about £9.00 these also come with a White envelope (might be nice if your giving it as a gift) here is the description from the website
" Our Press Printed Calendars give you the perfect marketing tool to promote your business to your clients. They also offer the ideal personalised gift to add to your customers portfolio. The calendars offer an excellent choice of sizes to suit most homes. They are available ranging from very tidy cd desk calendar to the impressive A3 wall calendar. All wall calendars are bound using a white metal spiral. Both the front and back covers are UV laminated to protect them from damage.

The two smaller calendars - the cd case desktop calendar and the long wall calendar use one image per page. The A3 and A4 calendars are template designer enabled, allowing you to choose from our pre-designed templates or to create your own.

The front cover and back page are printed on a heavy weight 300gsm paper and the inner pages are on a durable 200gsm silk coated paper. The wall calendars are available as a single or multiple order. The cd case desktop calendar is available with a minimum order of 4. All calendars are supplied with white card envelopes and the cd case desk calendars are individually packaged in white card boxes.

Photobox
also do them, we used them last year... A3 £13.99 for 20+ A4 £12.49 for 20+ postage is £1499 for 20+ calendars :-( SO do you want A3 or A4 ????????? the A3 are fab if youhave wall space for them ... let me know what you think :-)

I would go for the A3 to be honest, I certainly have space as calendars go on the back of my door anyway!

ok, I prefer A3 too... and Ian did .... so looking likely it will be A3 then... I'll wait for more comment.. don't forget I need to know which of your gallery pictures is your preference for the calendar as soon as possible so that I can start making this up....

If anyone wants a a mini challenege... someone or more than person could make the just digital logo out of something creative and photograph it for the front cover.... like Diane did last yearfrom magnetic fridge letters... remember????

I actually had a very interesting idea but I didn't have anything to use it for. Last night I was thinking of some things I could do for my typography university assignment as extra work, and I saw some 3D letterforms online which gave me the idea to think about buying novelty Alphabet Icecube maker! They're also good for jelly, so a good photo for the JD logo on the cover could be the Logo made of Jelly and then photographed in an environment? :P

Alphabet Tray

Hehe don't worry about it Gwynith, I need to keep myself active creatively with my design stuff anyway! Besides, more examples to use as produced work for clients so to say ;)

Just got back from a great weekend at Ashwell in Hertfordshire.......... What a gem of a english village..... loads of photo opportunities (Beautiful old houses that go back to 15-16th century & church that really stands out) all in rolling countryside (plus a choice of 3 pubs!!!) ..... The camp was only a mile away from the village with great views......... ( just thought I'd share my weekend away ) 8) 8)

Yes............. I would like the A3 format please Dawn

Am I going to be a lone voice for something completely different? I could do with a desk calendar at work, and I didn't have enough space for the A4 calendar last year...

Okay slight dissapointment to announce! Unfortunantly, jelly doesn't come out very well unless it's in pieces so that idea has been scrapped. Wayne however mentioned using olive oil as a base before putting the jelly solution in which i might try, however before that i'm going to just do regular ice with some food colouring instead, so I'm going to have to be pretty fast lol!

I haven't forgot about the calendar cover idea by the way. I was going to do it soon but the freezer was packed with food, and then yesterday the whole fridge broke so whenever we try to turn it on it fuses the house :(. No ice text for me just yet!

I will get the strawberry emailed asap too
